The Design Line phones were available in Bell System Phone Center Stores pre-divestiture as early as 1974 – and continued post-divestiture until 1986. Mickey Mouse was not in the first wave, he appeared in 1977 (followed by Snoopy in 1978, and Winnie the Pooh in 1980). Since this catalog shows Mickey Mouse – but no Snoopy – it is probably from 1977.

RE: The WECo catalog, the ATC phones used WECO internals in ATC plastics and was post divestiture.
